Paver

To make your pavers look like new, you need more than a simple pressure wash. We use a 3-step process that cleans, shines, and seals driveway pavers of all kinds. We fill in grout holes with powerful polysand compound that helps secure concrete pavers, brick pavers, and stone pavers, and creates a smooth, durable surface so your driveway looks great and lasts longer.

Roof Cleaning

Depending on how many oak trees you have in your yard or neighborhood and how close you are to the water, your roof in will become discolored in Florida every 6 months to 2 years from algae, lichen and moss feeding on the shingles or from mineral-rich water rusting you tiles. However, traditional power washing can harm your roof's ability to stand up in a strong wind or hurricane or event. That's why we use a soft wash process. It does the job just as well, but without harming the underlying structure.

Exterior Washing

We use a high power pressure washing system with a mix of sodium hydrochlride (chlorine) and surfactant soap to blast away dirt, grime, and other discoloring build up on your home or office building's exterior. Our precision-mix application system allows us to minimize our chemical use while achieving great results.

Rust Removal

Keeping grass lush and green in Florida requires a lot of water, but often the water pumping through the irrigation system contains iron. This is not bad for the plants, but leaves a residue on all the surfaces it touches. When the iron oxidizes, you end up with a black, grimy layer on your roof, driveway, concrete pool deck, parking lot, sidewalks, walkways, paths and more. We use a mix of power wash, soft wash, and other techniques to remove the discoloration and grime from wherever surface it is tarnishing without harming the material below.
